Chifeng Huayuan Hair Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chifeng Hair Industry) is a subsidiary jointly established by China Hengtian Group Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Zhongxin Resources Group Co., Ltd. It is located in Chifeng, the birthplace of the world-renowned Hongshan Culture.

Chifeng Woolen Industry covers an area of 266000 square meters with a construction area of 150000 square meters. It has two subsidiaries, Beijing Huayuan Wandu Science and Trade Co., Ltd. and Huadu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., as well as five production plants: First Textile Factory, Second Textile Factory, Dyeing and Finishing Factory, Knitted Yarn Factory, and Thermal Power Factory.
