Nantong 12th Cotton Textile Co., Ltd. is restructured from Nantong 12th Cotton Textile Factory. Now it is invested by Nantong Zhongxin Woolen Textile Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned legal person, and has the right to operate import and export on its own. The original factory has won the honorary titles of "three no enterprises" at the ministerial level, "Wenming Enterprise" in Tongzhou City, "Star Enterprise", "Top 100 Enterprises", "Top 10 Taxpayers", "exemplary organization of Scientific and Technological Progress", "AA Credit Enterprise" and so on.
The factory covers an area of 64000 square meters, with more than 800 employees and fixed assets of 36 million yuan. It is equipped with major production capacity equipment such as 20616 ring spindles, 1 air flow spinning machine, 2 sets of combing equipment, and 280 wide automatic looms. It also has a fully functional linen processing and linen spinning workshop. Annual production of 4500 tons of cotton viscose, linen viscose, polyester (cotton) and other series of yarns, 9 million meters of raw fabric, with an annual output value of 90 million yuan and a profit and tax of 6.5 million yuan.
