Jiangsu Zhongxin Resources Group Co.,Ltd (ZXRG) is located in Tongzhou District, Nantong, Jiangsu, China. It is to the north shore of Yangtse River, the most beautiful and famous river in China and in the south of Jianghai Plain where the climate is pleasant and scenery is charming. To the north of the company is Nantong Airport, in the west is Nantong Railway Freight Station, and in the south is Sutong Yangtze River Highway Bridge. So the transportation here is pretty convenient.
ZXRG was established in 2000 and covers an area of 180000 square metres. It is one of the largest professional fiber and acrylic-yarn enterprises in China. Its total amount of investment is RMB2,000,000,000. It has over 2100 employees in all. After unremitting efforts, it has presently 10 wholly-owned subsidiaries. They are: Ningbo Zhongxin Acrylic Fibers Co., Ltd, Nantong Sunrise Worsted Spinning Co., Ltd, Jiangyin Zhongxin Textile Technology Co., Ltd, Nantong Twelfth Cotton Textile Co., Ltd, Nantong Unistar Electro-Mechanical Industries Co., Ltd, Shanghai Baoling Plastics Co., Ltd，Taicang Shenjin Fashion Co., Ltd, Nantong Hymo Apparel Co., Ltd, FORD KING LIMITED（HONGKONG）, Ethio China Acrylic Products PLC (Ethiopia) and Chifeng Woolen Industry Co., Ltd (holding company), Jilin Jimont Acrylic Fiber Co., Ltd(Shareholding 50%), Suzhou Guanjing Real Estate Development Co., Ltd(Shareholding 25%).
It has become a cross-industry group company in acrylic-producing, wool yarn, high-grade worsted fabrics and auto-parts producing in China.
ZXRG possesses a lot of world first-class professional production equipments. It has six production lines for acrylic, set-frames for acrylonitrile tows, imported carding machines, MVS system, spinning systems for cotton, linen, wool, silk and differential fiber, yarn-dyeing, special spinning and yarn-dyed fabric manufacturing systems. Among them, there are 80 thousand world first-class spindles of imported carding systems, and 40 thousand spindles for linen-blended and two-inch spinning, 1584 MVS spindles, 10 imported production lines for tow-to-sliver and 48 production lines for bulk fiber-to-sliver. ZXRG produces 60 thousand tons of acrylic tows and loose fibers, 30 thousand tons of yarns made of acrylic, wool blended, linen-blended and 5 million meters of top-grade woollen fabrics and interweave fabric every year. The sales revenue of the company is nearly RMB 2,000,000,000 and the self-management of export is almost USD 100 million. It stands at the front rank of the Top-100 textile industries in China.
Ningbo Zhongxin Acrylic Fibers Co., Ltd, which is one of the biggest subsidiaries of ZXRG, introduced advanced technology of wet spinning from Mitsubishi Rayon(Japan), and all the core equipments were imported from Japan, the other main equipments were imported from Italy and Germany. The technology, safety, environmental protection and the product quality of the company is the same as the International counterparts. The handle, glossiness, shrinkage and other performance index of its independent research and development products are at the first rank among the same industries in China.
ZXRG firmly establishes the idea of innovation development of specialization of production, international business, modernization of management.
